We have been training and certifying since 1998, right around the time this food/beverage certification and training became a requirement nationwide. The company was formally started in 2002. ASFTP stands for: A School For The People/La Escuela De La Gente in Spanish. Our focus has been to assist our clientele in deep understanding of food manipulation, from the micro bio aspect to the practical FDA food code regulations your local Health Dept holds you too. We understand and appreciate that due to our geographical location, we neighbor with a Spanish speaking nationality, and recognize this strong presence in the food industry. Our instructors are all bilingual, with an understanding in pivotal cultural nuances pertaining to this work force. We cater to other languages as well, we have assisted in Korean, Chinese, and other languages. Our clients range from Fortune Five Hundred to your local favorite mom and pop neighorhood establishments. We view them all as family. And we want to invite you into the fold.
